Accessibility often seems very difficult to understand and implement. It doesn't have to be. There are many great tools and resources available for designers and developers that can enable them to create accessible content – if some simple principles are followed.
Joomla! is a great content management system. It's easy to use and can help with the development of accessible content. However, some knowledge of how to properly use HTML, CSS and other new accessible development methods – like applying WAI-ARIA in your projects also helps.
